The majority of lake houses these days pull their household and/or irrigation water directly from the highland lakes. ALLSTAR Realty Inspections has an exclusive team of underwater divers ready to inspect boat dock components and anchors as well as lake water/irrigation system pumps, pipe and wire from below the lake surface. As one of few if not the only inspection firm providing this service, we are able to inspect and advise on the water treatment and purifying equipment at the structure as well. This equipment can be incredibly expensive (often averaging $20,000 or more for a complete install) and usually requires routine and annual maintenance to keep water quality at a safe level for consumption. Not having these systems inspected can be costly to both your wallet and potentially your health.

It's no secret that Zebra Mussels have infested most of the highland lakes and are wreaking havoc on lake water/irrigation systems, equipment and docks. These organisms are microscopic at their early stage of development and easily transfer into plumbing, filtration and irrigation components. Zebra Mussel's are directly responsible for many costly repairs that often range in the THOUSANDS of dollars.
